2013 Apex Park

Apex park

The Apex Club of Busselton now has its own park!  Located in Ambergate Heights on Apex Rise it consists of over five hectares of mainly cleared land with about one acre of naturally treed bush.

2013 saw the reserve named Apex Park  complete with its own playground, BBQ, picnic table and football goals, all made possible with help from the community, generous donations and dedicated fundraising by the members of our club.

Future plans for Apex Park include additional tree planting and landscaping, gravel paths through the natural treed area, multi-use basketball/netball/tennis court, additional seating  and lighting. The Apex Club of Busselton has recently been granted funding of $25,000 specifically for future additions and improvement to the park. Since the playground equipment has been installed, the park has been inundated with families from the area and has become a meeting place with regular BBQ’s and sundowners. The Apex Club of Busselton and its members are extremely proud of this project and the benefits it provides to the community. It is a testament to the community members who assisted and worked with Apex to make this happen and is a truly excellent example of the ideals of Apex.
