Apex park

The Apex Club of Busselton, now officially has its own park. Woop Woop! Located in Ambergate Heights on Apex Rise, and is over 5 hectares of mainly cleared land with about 1 acre of naturally treed bush.2013 saw the reserve named Apex Park, and now has its own playground, BBQ, picnic table & football goals made possible with help from the community, generous donations and dedicated fundraising by the members of our club. Future plans for Apex Park include, additional tree planting & landscaping, gravel paths through the natural treed area, multi-use basketball/netball/tennis court, additional seating & lighting. The Apex Club of Busselton has recently been granted funding of $25,000 specifically for future additions & improvement to the park. Since the playground equipment has been installed, the park has been inundated with children & families from the area & has become a meeting place with regular BBQ’s & sundowners. The Apex Club of Busselton and its members are extremely proud of this project & the benefits it provides to the community. It is a testament to the community members who assisted & worked with Apex to make this happen and is a truly excellent example of the ideals of Apex.
