Service Work in the Busselton Community

Our club has only a handful of members however each year we have put in close to 500 service hours and given $10,000 back to our community in the form of grants and projects. At the heart of every Apexian however, is the desire to tinker, fix and generally roll up our sleeves. Over the years we have taken on smaller service projects such as building gazebos for our local retirement home, painting fences for care facilities or good-will gardening projects for the elderly. For example, this year’s project focused on one of Busselton’s oldest campsites; the peeling paint on the weatherboard huts needed a good scrape and new coat.
